Shipping policy

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on weight, dimensions and destination of the items in the order. Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase.

Shipping Times

Shipments will be sent out 1-5 business days after the order is placed. Customers will receive a tracking number made available by the shipping provider.

Generally, domestic shipments are in transit for 2-7 days.

If you need to change your address or cancel your order, please email us ASAP at aloha@surfshackpuzzles.com before we send out your order.

Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. 

To start a return, please contact us at aloha@surfshackpuzzles.com. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
