Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. 

To start a return, please contact us at aloha@surfshackpuzzles.com. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, less the cost of shipping, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If a puzzle piece has been lost or damaged, please send us a photo of the completed puzzle with the location of the damaged piece to aloha@surfshackpuzzles.com. We will send you a new piece, on us of course.
